2024 Season 1: Week 7
Final Round for the singles season last night.
A Grade saw PJ reign supreme! 134 points! Incredible! Stuart Hunt 2nd and Paul Soutter 3rd. Richard down to B Grade and Big Dave and Phoebe tying for 6th after Phoebe with a big last game win on Stranger Things leveled Dave. The two will play off next week before our new season kicks off, the winner holding their spot in A Grade, loser down to B.
B grade saw Logan and Dylon far too good, both back to A Grade where they belong. Eric a gallant 3rd. Murray and Kris down to C Grade.
C Grade and Sen and Rowan blitzed the field here. Both head to B Grade, Jake and Neil down to D Grade and Vlade switching to Thursdays and the Teams league.
D Grade and Big Paul M and Matt Roberts secure promotion here to C Grade. Sierra with a big 21 point last round pins down 3rd and promotion also with Vlade over to Thursdays.
E Grade and Chris Tuxford, Susie and Jimmy all were too good here and move up to the main roster in D Grade. Well done. With Jake unavailable and out of singles now Corey H slides into D grade, well done, persistence paying off.

2024 Season 1: Week 6
Another 37 Leaguers battled it out in our Tuesday Weekly Singles League last night.
A Grade saw big wins to Stuart Hunt and PJ! One week of the season to go and PJ miles ahead on 111. Stu now clear in 2nd place with 93. Big Dave 4 clear of Phoebe in their battle to stave off relegation.
B Grade and Murray returned to the winners circle. Dylon and Logan both still looking certainties for promotion back to A Grade.
C Grade saw Sen and Rowan get the choccies, both locking in promotion to B Grade too next season. Tim Clarke and Jake going to be battling it out to avoid relegation.
D Grade saw Matt Roberts and Paul M in the winners circle. Matt an incredible 4 wins and a 2nd, both looking the goods for C Grade next season.
E grade had 11 players, Chris Tuxford, DJ and Rob winning well. Tuxford and Susie looking the goods to jump to D Grade.

2024 Season 1: Week 5
41 Leaguers duked it out last night in our weekly singles league including two new members, welcome DJ and Vanessa!
A Grade and Jayson won his group. Soutter and Peter Mal tying in the other group. PJ still steets ahead for the season and Soutter jumps to clear 2nd now. 4 points seperating Big Dave and Phoebe to see who staying in A grade.
B Grade and Dylon with a clean sweep dominated his group, amazing. Daniel a big win the other group
C Grade saw Sen destroy them in her group, Vlade and Theo tying in the other. Sen and Rowan looking good to move into B grade
D grade and Sierra and Simon got the choccies in these ones. Big Paul M looking good for C grade promotion.
E grade had 4 groups, Chris Tuxford and DJ both big winners and two ties with Izzy and Tom level and Rhys and Jimmy also level.

2024 Season 1: Week 4
Another 40 Leaguer's last night for round #4 of our Singles League at the Tennis Club!
A Grade and PJ and Soutter won their prospective groups. PJ breaking well clear on top, Soutter and Stu level for 2nd and Jayson not far behind them.
B Grade saw Logan and Dylon once again too strong for each group. Logan a massive 23 points with 4 wins and a second. Both will clearly now go back to A grade and the interest here now for the next three weeks is who can stay in the B's and who will drop down to C Grade.
C Grade and Rob got the Chocies in a close one in his group against Theo and Vlade both tied 2 points short, and the other group was even closer, Jake and Sen both tied on 17 points and Rowan only 1 point behind them on 16 points. Wow.
D grade saw Young Sierra win another round, well done and in another close one, Nick Zog just got home with 17 points to Simon and Matt Roberts 16 points.
E Grade and we had another 12 people trying to battle their way into D Grade. Chad M, Jimmy and Norm all winning their groups. Norm and John leading the charge to D Grade on 70 and 69 points respectively and breaking clear of the rest of the pack.

2024 Season 1: Week 3
Tuesday was pumping at the TC for our weekly singles league with 45 players representing. Huge effort Illawarra!
A Grade saw wins to PJ and Jayson. PJ now breaking clear at the top and Jayson, Stuart and Soutter all locked on 44 points for 2nd.
B Grade and Dylon and Logan smashed it. Both streeting the rest of the field and looking good for A Grade promotion already, back where they both belong.
C Grade and Jake and Rowan won their groups here, Sen still heading the ladder, Jake hot on her heels.
D Grade and Nick Zog and Big Chris took out the groups here. Big Paul M still holding strong at the top of the table, a wide open race for 2nd.
E Grade and we had 4 groups here this week. John Fish, Chris Tuxford, Norm and Susie prevailing in each. John, Norm and Corey H all tied in the lead on the ladder on 53 points here trying to win their way into D Grade!

Another 40 Players last night for our Weekly Singles League. Incredible turn out and a great night.
A Grade and PJ once again was too strong, winning his group with 21 points and 4 wins. Soutter 2nd. Stuart winning the other group on 16 points, Richard and Phoebe tied for 2nd.
B Grade and Logan and Dylon both taking each group with 20 points each. Ryan and Eric two solid 2nds.
C Grade Sen won her group with a close win over Chad Mac, Tim and Theo tying for 1st on the other group.
D Grade and Simon Min and Big Paul M won the groups here, Sierra and Big Chris both 2nd.
E Grade had three groups this week. Darko, Susie and Jimmy (fresh off the plane from Europe) getting the chocolates!

2024 Season 1: Week 1
The holidays are over and League is BACK and Illawarra was ready for that with 43 players turning up to our season launch! Including 6 new players and two more ring ins from Melbourne stopping over on their way up north. Welcome to ; Matt, John, Rhys, Tony, Tunney and Liam and thanks for dropping in Stuart and Curtis Thornton.
A Grade saw some close games. PJ taking one group 18 to Soutter's 16 and in the other group a tie between Jayson and Stuart filing in on 17 points each.
B Grade and Logan was victorious in his group, 20 points to Dylon's 17. Daniel taking out the other bracket, a great win after just moving up a Grade.
C Grade and Jake had a clean sweep of 5 wins for 5 matches in his group, Young Curtis filing in, winning his group 20 points to Sen's 17.
D Grade and Matt Roberts powered home in this group, 4 wins and a 2nd, Big Paul M 2nd on 16 points.
E Grade saw an incredible 17 players, amazing. John Fish a big win on debut. Chris Tuxford, Corey H, Leah and Norm all winning their groups.
